LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Delivery issues caused by carriers

FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to pay customs fees or import charges
- Unclaimed shipments

the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly after payment is received. Because orders are often sent directly to suppliers for fulfillment, cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
