Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return can only be requested after the item has been physically received

All return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition

All original tags and labels must still be attached

Items may be tried on, but must not be worn

Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@annarosevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally)

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and approved based on the conditions above:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Liability

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages if tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer

Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
Important Notice
As we work with international suppliers, return shipments may be sent to a location outside your country. This allows us to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices.
