RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- All original tags, labels, accessories, and inserts must still be attached or included.
- Items may be tried on for fit but must not show signs of wear, use, odors, stains, or damage.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products where applicable
- Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address of the relevant supplier or fulfillment partner.
As Anna Rose Vancouver operates as a dropshipping business, return addresses may be located outside your country of residence.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including:
- International shipping fees
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Carrier handling fees
- Any other associated return expenses
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for:
- Lost return shipments
- Damaged return packages
- Returns sent to the wrong address
- Packages lost during transit
Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until successfully received and inspected.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

EXCHANGES
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variation, we may recommend placing a new order after the return has been approved, depending on product availability.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly and may be sent directly to international suppliers shortly after purchase, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
If you need assistance regarding an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
FAILED DELIVERIES AND INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Anna Rose Vancouver is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed shipments
- Additional shipping fees caused by incorrect customer information
Any address errors should be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout, Anna Rose Vancouver is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
As a dropshipping business working with international suppliers and fulfillment centers, return shipments may need to be sent to international locations.
Customers acknowledge and accept that international returns may involve higher shipping costs and longer processing times.
